Hi, I’m Ashley Wright, Founder of Wright on Track, LLC.

I believe that a career is not just a destination, but a journey—one that’s all about discovering who you are, understanding what you love, and identifying what truly matters to you. My mission is to guide you through this journey, helping you uncover the career path that aligns with your passions and goals, selecting the right college for your future, and providing the financial resources to make it all achievable.

The earlier you start, the better prepared you’ll be. I recommend that students begin their career exploration as early as middle school or junior high—around 6th or 7th grade. This gives them plenty of time to strategically position themselves for success, so by high school, they can focus on academic performance, extracurricular activities, passion projects, and preparing for college applications and scholarships.

However, it’s never too late to start. Whether you’re a high school junior or senior, or already in college, Wright on Track coaching can help you navigate your path to success.
